Surrounded by 62 hectares of its own land, there is a glorious walk through the woodland to one of the most spectacular views in Tuscany overlooking Lake Trasimeno.

The swimming pool, sculpted into the grounds and set in to the side of the hill, is designed in a way whereby the edge simply "disappears", into a spectacular backdrop providing the ultimate panorama. Its interior designer owner, with both inside and alfresco living in mind has exquisitely and sensitively restored the house.

Whilst remaining sympathetic to its natural environment, it is a house imbued with a sophisticated yet "comfortable" ambience, and furnished throughout with beautiful, inviting sofas and armchairs, antiques, artefacts, all softened with warm rugs and cushions.
